I want to ask about the issue of spending on parents/brother and sister. Are there any rules/limits defined for spending? I am living abroad, no house in my home country. I just want to understand the right of my parents on my earnings from religious perspective.

If you are convinced that you are right and your parents are wrong, then you owe it to them to point out their mistakes, but do so with utmost respect.

I used to sit & pray in the beginning of my pregnancy since I used to feel tired. I heard that we should stand up during Fathiha if we are not very sick. I wasn't too sick & used to walk in the house. What can I do about those prayers? Is it true that the prayers of pregnant women are heard soon?

Your question shows your eagerness to raise your children as Muslims who are conscious of Allah and of their responsibilities. All parents ought to work hard to do so, while constantly praying to Allah for His guidance, blessing and assistance.

Is music haram in Islam? What is rule of listening and singing song and drawing pictures using musical instrument?  

Answer:

Music is an issue that has been hotly debated by scholars of the past and the present. While many of them have been generally inclined to condemn all forms of music—with the singular exception of al-dduff (tambourine) in weddings--, quite a few of them have taken a more positive approach of considering only music containing sensual, pagan, or unethical themes or subliminal messages as being categorically forbidden.

As-Salamu`alaykum, what can I read [du’a’] to feel contentment and peace of mind? I am not a materialistic person but I still cannot find peace of mind although I have a little contentment of heart bottom line I feel restless and thoughts of wanting to go back to Allah, and being in the comfort of his embrace and in this way having total peace of mind.
